He joined Lumax D.K. Jain Group as Chief Strategy Officer in 2018 and was elevated to CEO position in 2020. Vikas is a veteran of Indian Automotive Industry with professional experience of around 3 decades. He is Skilled in Strategic roadmap making, Change & business transformation, Marketing Management, Negotiation, Product Lifecycle Management, Budgeting, and Business Planning.

He has a Unique career profile straddling manufacturing, infrastructure and automotive service sector. He has a past Experience of working with Global & Indian Brands in Marketing and operations at: Varroc, Sona Koyo Steering Systems - JTEKT India, Orix Auto, Hertz India, Easy Cabs Radio taxi, Sixt, JK Tyre, Goodyear.

He continues to serve on important industry body ACMA. He is widely networked in PR, Media & Auto fraternity.

In his personal life he has nurtured motor sports in India and is now focusing on building organic farms at Western Ghats in Maharashtra.

His wife is an accomplished academician and they have one son who is a corporate lawyer at one of India’s top law firms.
