Dr. Raghuvir Singh is currently Vice Chancellor of KR Mangalam University, Gurugram , a large multi-disciplinary University. He is a Post Graduate in Management from Jamna Lal Bajaj Institute of Management (JBIMS), University of Mumbai and Doctorate from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He has been in Higher education for last 30 years.

Dr. Singh has published 4 books & 58 research papers in National & International journals, presented papers and chaired technical sessions in many national & international conferences. Delivered numerous guest/ invited lectures in different institutes & refresher programs sponsored by UGC. 07 Ph.D. awarded & 05 are registered.

He is trained on “Achieving excellence in higher education” at ISB, Hyderabad, “International Accreditation Systems” by International Accreditation Agencies & “Case Teaching Methods” at IIM (A) & SPJIMR, Mumbai.

He is life member of professional bodies like AIMA, ISTD and ISTE and AIMS- International. Dr. Singh is recipient of 14 Awards as Director & Vice Chancellor
